On Friday night, a glittering array gathered at Stapleford Park…and the jewellery display by Lumbers was pretty impressive too!
Hosted by the partners of Stapleford Forum – Bentley, Lumbers, St James’s Place Wealth Management, Collective Minds, Harrods Aviation, Berkeley Insurance Group and Stapleford Park Hotel – their guests were invited to hear leading diamond cutter, Jeffrey Monnickendam, speak of diamonds and in particular on his work on the Josephine diamond, the most expensive (per carat) fancy blue diamond ever to be sold at auction. This, together with lashings of Pommery champagne and a delicious supper by Collective Minds, fuelled sparkling conversations in which, it seems, many men were reminded by their wives that Christmas is just around the corner ...
